We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. All payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments and may withhold delivery of work until payment is received.

Delays caused by client-side factors will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds for design and content. Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original project requirements.
Significant changes to project scope, features, or requirements after work has begun will be treated as new work and may result in additional charges and timeline extensions. We will provide a revised quote for your approval before proceeding.
Revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our hourly rate or as agreed in the project proposal.
You retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials for the duration of the project.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables specific to your project. However, we retain rights to:

We are not responsible for domain or hosting services provided by third parties, even if we assist with setup.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, using industry best practices. We will fix any bugs or errors discovered during the support period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixanzo total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixanzo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services, (b) content you provide, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. You will be charged for work completed up to the termination date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
We may terminate or suspend services if: (a) you breach these terms, (b) payments are not received, (c) you fail to provide necessary materials or feedback for an extended period, or (d) we determine that continuing the project is not feasible.
We will keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us during the project. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to sign one before project commencement.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, government actions, internet or network failures, or pandemics.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We encourage resolving any disputes through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For ongoing projects, changes will apply to new work but not retroactively to existing contracts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any project-specific agreements, proposals, or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixanzo regarding our services and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
